RVNW Club — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://revenewclub.com (the "Site"), your participation in the RVNW Club membership program and RVNW Club events, and your enrollment in the RVNW Club SMS text messaging program described in Section 4.

RVNW Club is a brand operated by Revenew LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these Terms, "RVNW Club," "we," "us," and "our" mean Revenew LLC. "You" and "your" mean the person using the Site, applying for or holding membership, attending our events, or receiving our text messages.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Site, submitting a membership application or any other form on the Site, attending an RVNW Club event, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the services described here.

Section 4 (SMS Text Messaging Program Terms) is a complete, self-contained set of terms for our text messaging program. It applies in addition to the rest of these Terms.

1. About These Terms
1.1. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Revenew LLC.
1.2. If any separate written agreement between you and Revenew LLC — for example, a membership agreement or an event registration agreement — conflicts with these Terms, that separate agreement controls for the subject matter it covers.
1.3. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. You can read it at https://revenewclub.com/policy.

Customer care is available by email and by phone during normal US business hours (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days.

3. Eligibility
3.1. To use the Site, apply for membership, attend our events, or receive our text messages, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
3.2. The RVNW Club SMS text messaging program is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority to consent for, a mobile telephone number issued by a wireless carrier operating in the United States. See Section 4.3.
3.3. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at clubrevenew@gmail.com and we will delete it.

4. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
This Section 4 sets out the complete terms and conditions of the RVNW Club SMS text messaging program. It is written to stand on its own, so you can read it without reading the rest of this page.

4.1. Program name and operator
The program is the RVNW Club SMS text messaging program (the "Messaging Program"). It is operated by Revenew LLC, 2031 Harrison Street, Hollywood, FL 33020, United States, doing business as RVNW Club.

4.2. What messages you will receive (program description)
If you opt in, RVNW Club will send you recurring text messages that may include:
- Event booking confirmations and event reminders, including venue, date, time, and access details for RVNW Club events;
- Membership information, including application status updates, membership renewal notices, and account or administrative notices;
- Customer support replies, including responses to questions you send us; and
- Promotional offers and marketing messages about RVNW Club events, membership, and related offerings.
Message content will vary. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

4.3. Who can participate
You must be at least 18 years of age and the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority to consent for, a mobile telephone number issued by a wireless carrier operating in the United States. Do not enroll a mobile number that does not belong to you.

4.4. How to opt in (how we obtain your consent)
We will only send you text messages if you have given us your prior express consent to do so. You can give that consent in any of the following ways:
(a) Website form. On https://revenewclub.com, complete the membership application, enter your mobile telephone number, and check the SMS consent boxes you want. There are two, and both are separate from any other checkbox on the form: one for service and account messages (booking confirmations, event reminders, application status updates, and support replies) and one for marketing messages (offers and promotions about RVNW Club events and membership). Neither box is checked for you. You can submit the form, apply, and become a member without checking either one, and you may check one without checking the other.
(b) Written or in-person enrollment. Provide your mobile number and check the corresponding SMS consent box or boxes on a printed membership or event registration form at an RVNW Club event or meeting. The same two categories are offered separately there.
(c) By text message. Reply START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to a message we have already sent you.
After you opt in, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that identifies RVNW Club, states the message frequency, states that message and data rates may apply, and tells you how to get help and how to stop.

4.5. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Your consent to receive text messages is not required and is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from RVNW Club, of applying for or holding membership, or of attending any RVNW Club event. Participation in the Messaging Program is entirely voluntary, and you may decline or withdraw it at any time without affecting your membership or any purchase.

4.6. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your membership activity and your event bookings. For marketing and promotional messages, you can expect no more than four (4) messages per month. Service messages — booking confirmations, event reminders, and membership or account notices — are sent as they arise. Replies to support questions you send us are sent as needed and are not counted toward the marketing limit. Some months you may receive no messages at all.

4.7. Message and data rates
RVNW Club does not charge you for the Messaging Program. However, message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for all charges and fees your wireless carrier imposes for sending or receiving text messages, including any charges under your data plan. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless carrier for details.

4.8. How to get help (HELP)
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, and we will reply with the program name and our contact details. You can also reach our customer care team directly:

4.9. How to stop receiving messages (STOP and other opt-out methods)
You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving text messages from us at any time, at no cost.
The simplest way is to reply with any of these keywords to the number from which you received our message:
STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT
Keywords are not case-sensitive.
These keywords are not the only way to opt out. We will honor a request to stop receiving messages made by any reasonable means. That includes a plain-language reply such as "please stop texting me," "remove me from your list," "opt out," or "I revoke my consent"; an email to clubrevenew@gmail.com; a telephone call to +1 (754) 232-0881; or a written request sent to our postal address in Section 2. Requests made in words other than the keywords listed above are reviewed by our customer care team rather than processed automatically, so please allow a little more time for them to take effect.
After you opt out, we will send you a single confirmation message acknowledging your request, and we will then stop sending you messages under the Messaging Program. We will process your request as soon as practicable and in no event later than ten (10) business days after we receive it.
Replying STOP stops all messages sent from that number. If you would rather stop only one category — for example, marketing messages, while continuing to receive booking confirmations — tell us which category you want to stop, using any of the contact methods in Section 4.8, and we will apply your request as you have asked.
If you opt out and later wish to receive messages again, you may re-enroll using any of the methods in Section 4.4.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you from our email list, cancel your membership, or cancel any event booking. To change those, contact us at clubrevenew@gmail.com.

4.10. Your mobile number and number changes
You agree to provide us with a valid mobile telephone number that belongs to you. If your mobile number changes, or you give up or transfer the number, you must notify us at clubrevenew@gmail.com or opt out using Section 4.9, so that we do not send messages to a person who has not consented. If you obtain a new mobile number and want to keep receiving messages, you must opt in again with the new number.

4.11. Delivery, carriers, and carrier liability
Text message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by RVNW Club. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Messaging Program is available on most major United States wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, Google Fi, and Mint Mobile, as well as many regional carriers and mobile virtual network operators. Carrier support can change, and not every carrier supports every type of message. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected because of your carrier, your device, coverage limitations, or any other factor outside our control.

4.12. Your mobile information is never sold and is not shared for marketing
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your mobile telephone number or your SMS consent data with any third party for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy. The only parties that receive this information are the messaging platform providers, aggregators, wireless carriers, and support vendors that process it solely on our behalf in order to deliver our messages to you and to provide customer service, and they may not use it for any other purpose.

4.13. Consent to automated messages
By checking the service-messages box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from and on behalf of RVNW Club at the mobile number you provide, relating to your membership, your event bookings, and your support requests, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
By checking the marketing-messages box, you separately agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from and on behalf of RVNW Club at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, and even if that number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
The two consents are independent. You may give one without giving the other, and you may withdraw either or both at any time under Section 4.9. Neither consent is a condition of purchase (see Section 4.5).

4.14. Privacy
Information we collect through the Messaging Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://revenewclub.com/policy, and in accordance with Section 4.12 above.

4.15. Changes to the Messaging Program
We may change, suspend, or end the Messaging Program, or any of its features, at any time. We may also change the telephone number we use to send messages. If we retire a number, we will continue to monitor it for HELP and opt-out requests for a reasonable transition period, and we will in any event honor an opt-out request received by any reasonable means, including by email or telephone using the details in Section 4.8. We may also modify this Section 4 to the extent permitted by law; when we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and your continued participation after that date constitutes your acceptance of the change.

5. Membership and Events
5.1. Applications. Submitting a membership application to RVNW Club does not create a membership. All applications are reviewed, and we may accept or decline any application in our sole discretion. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared.
5.2. Fees. Membership fees, event fees, and any other charges are as quoted to you in writing at the time of application or booking. Unless we state otherwise in writing, fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable once the applicable membership period or event has begun.
5.3. Event bookings. A booking for an RVNW Club event is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation. Places at events are limited and are allocated on the terms we publish for that event. We may change an event's date, time, venue, program, speakers, or format, and we may cancel an event, for any reason. If we cancel an event outright and you have paid a fee specifically for it, we will offer you a credit or a refund of that fee.
5.4. Conduct at events. RVNW Club events depend on mutual trust and confidentiality. You agree to behave professionally and lawfully, to respect the privacy of other attendees, and not to record, broadcast, or publish any session or any other attendee's remarks or personal information without consent. We may refuse admission to, or remove from, any event any person whose conduct we reasonably consider disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or damaging to the Club, without refund.
5.5. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate a membership for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or for conduct that in our reasonable judgment harms the Club or its members. You may cancel your membership at any time by writing to clubrevenew@gmail.com.
5.6. Travel, hospitality, and third-party services. Some RVNW Club events involve travel, accommodation, transport, catering, or activities supplied by third parties. Those services are governed by the supplier's own terms. We are not the supplier of those services and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers. You are responsible for your own travel documents, visas, insurance, and health and fitness to participate.

6. Use of the Site
6.1. Permitted use. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own informational and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
6.2. Acceptable use. You agree not to:
(a) use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
(b) submit false, misleading, or another person's information through any form on the Site, including a mobile telephone number that is not yours;
(c) interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected network or account;
(d) use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, copy, or collect content or personal data from the Site without our prior written permission;
(e) copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of the Site except as expressly permitted by these Terms;
(f) upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code;
(g) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of the Site; or
(h) use the Site or any content on it to send unsolicited commercial messages of any kind.
6.3. Accuracy of information you give us. You agree that all information you submit through the Site is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.
6.4. Availability. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or error. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The Site and all content on it — including our names, brands, and logos, whether or not registered, together with the text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, layout, design, and software on the Site — are owned by Revenew LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or grants any license to use our trademarks, trade dress, or branding without our prior written consent.
7.3. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notice.
7.4. If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about RVNW Club, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use them without restriction or compensation.
7.5. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact us at clubrevenew@gmail.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on the Site, your contact details, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

8. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may link to websites, platforms, or resources operated by third parties, including social media and messaging platforms. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party sites or their content, products, privacy practices, or terms. Accessing them is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers
9.1. The Site, its content, the Messaging Program, and all RVNW Club events and membership services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.
9.2. No professional advice. Content on the Site and communications from RVNW Club, including material shared at events, is provided for general information and networking purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, immigration, or other professional advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or to enter into any transaction. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on anything you learn through RVNW Club. Any decision you make is yours alone.
9.3. No guarantee of results. We make no representation or warranty about any business, investment, financial, or networking outcome you may achieve through membership, events, or introductions.
9.4. Other members and speakers. RVNW Club does not vet, endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the statements, conduct, qualifications, or offerings of any member, speaker, partner, sponsor, or other attendee. Any dealings you enter into with them are solely between you and them.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revenew LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with the Site, the Messaging Program, your membership, or any RVNW Club event, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Revenew LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
10.3. You specifically agree that we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Messaging Program, for any error in that information, or for any action you take or do not take in reliance on it.
10.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revenew LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your participation in the Messaging Program, your membership or attendance at any event, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available at https://revenewclub.com/policy, explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices available to you. Section 4.12 of these Terms sets out how we treat mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent data. Please read both.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Effective date" at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Changes take effect when posted, unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Site, continued membership, or continued participation in the Messaging Program after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Revenew LLC agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute is the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or other applicable federal consumer protection law.

15. General Provisions
15.1. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.2. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
15.3. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
15.4. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written membership or event agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revenew LLC regarding their subject matter and supersede all prior understandings on that subject.
15.5. Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor dispute, governmental action, utility or telecommunications failure, or carrier or platform outage.
15.6. Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
15.7. Language. These Terms are published in English. If we make a translation available, the English version controls in the event of any conflict.
